Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Private-Suite.com (the "Suite"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

Private-Suite.com provides utility tools ("Tools") for games. By using our Tools and related services, you acknowledge and accept the following terms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Suite, you may need to create a user account. During the account registration process, you will be required to provide your username, email address, and invite code. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete information and agree with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years of age to use Private-Suite.com. By registering, you affirm that you meet this age requirement.

Account Ownership and Sharing: Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You are absolutely prohibited from sharing, selling, trading, or otherwise transferring your account to any other person or entity. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account suspension.

Account Security Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including but not limited to your password and email access. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, regardless of whether you authorized such activities. This includes actions taken by unauthorized third parties who gain access to your account. If your account is compromised, you will still be held responsible for any actions taken through your account, and Private-Suite reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its discretion.

4. Subscription Terms

Subscription keys purchased or obtained through Private-Suite are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased. All subscriptions are tied to the specific account that redeemed the subscription key and cannot be transferred to another account. By purchasing or redeeming a subscription key, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms.

5. Data Collection and Processing

We may collect and process the following user data: username, password, IP address, hardware information, invite code, and telemetric data. This data is used to improve our services, ensure their proper functioning and security.

6. Hardware ID (HWID) Policy

Private-Suite uses Hardware ID (HWID) tracking to ensure account security and prevent unauthorized access. Your HWID is permanently tied to your account and cannot be shared with other accounts. Multiple accounts associated with the same HWID may be flagged for review and potential suspension. HWID reset requests are considered on a case-by-case basis at Private-Suite's sole discretion and are not guaranteed. Every HWID reset request gets reviewed by multiple staff members before approval. In case of suspicious requests, we may request you to provide evidence to prove yourself at our discretion.

7. Third-Party Services

Private-Suite.com does not integrate or collaborate with any third-party services at this time.

8. User Responsibilities

• • Account Sharing and Selling: Users are absolutely prohibited from sharing, selling, trading, or otherwise transferring their accounts. This prohibition is strictly enforced and violations will result in immediate account suspension.
• • Information Sharing: Users must not share, disclose, or distribute any information about Private-Suite, including but not limited to: service details, tool functionality, Discord server content, messages, screenshots, or any other related information. This includes sharing messages from the Private-Suite Discord server, which is strictly forbidden.
• • Invite and Vouch System: Private-Suite does NOT operate by a classic "invite" or "vouch" system. Only Sonar (SNR) and Kenneth can guarantee access to Private-Suite services. Attempting to, or even pretending that, you can or will sell an invite or vouch will lead to immediate account suspension. Vouching for users who you do not truly know and cannot actually vouch for can also lead to account suspension.
• • Tencent and Riot Games Affiliation: By signing up and using Private-Suite, you affirm that you hold no affiliation, ties, contract, employment relationship, or any other connection to Tencent, Riot Games, or any of their subsidiaries. You further agree that you will not provide any information regarding Private-Suite to Tencent, Riot Games, or any of their subsidiaries. Breaking this rule may result in legal action being taken against you and your account being suspended.
• • Users may not attempt to tamper with or reverse engineer tools belonging to Private-Suite.
• • Creating alternative accounts to circumvent a prior application denial is not allowed.
• • Users may not attempt to circumvent or bypass any security measures implemented by Private-Suite.
• • Users may not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of Private-Suite.
• • Users may not attempt to use Private-Suite for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• • Users may not engage in harassment, abuse, threats, or any form of harmful behavior toward Private-Suite staff or other users.
• • Users may not use automated access, scraping, bots, or any automated means to interact with Private-Suite services.

Enforcement: Violation of any of these rules can and will likely result in complete account suspension without refund. Private-Suite reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for any violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Account Suspension and Investigation

Suspicious account activity may lead to automated suspensions while we begin an investigation. This is a security measure implemented to protect Private-Suite services and other users. Suspensions may occur automatically during the investigation process, and accounts will remain suspended until the investigation is complete and a determination is made. Private-Suite reserves the right to suspend accounts at any time for security or policy violation reasons.

10. Intellectual Property

No intellectual content is allowed to be generated by users on Private-Suite.com.

11. Limitation of Liability

Private-Suite services are provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied. Private-Suite does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects. Private-Suite shall not be liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or any other damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. You acknowledge that you use Private-Suite services at your own risk.

12. Termination Rights

Private-Suite reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, at its sole discretion. This includes termination for violations of these Terms of Service, suspicious activity that may result in automated suspension during investigation, or any other reason Private-Suite deems necessary. Users may terminate their use of Private-Suite services by ceasing to use the services; however, subscription fees are non-refundable. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

13. Account Recovery

Account recovery is at Private-Suite's sole discretion and is not guaranteed. Compromised accounts may not be recoverable, and Private-Suite is not obligated to restore access to compromised accounts. Users must maintain access to their registered email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and Private-Suite is not liable for any loss or damage arising from account compromise or inability to recover an account.

14. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Belize.

15. Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or issues, users may contact "kenneth98" on Discord for resolution.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

17. Updates to Terms

Any updates or changes to these Terms of Service will be communicated through our Discord server.
